Automated state-machines can be used to collect production information on parts produced, scrap, downtime, and company-specific KPIs. Users can also select manual downtime reasons. Each downtime reason can have sub-reasons to clearly define and report on issues when they arise. Each portion of the downtime event is timestamped to know exactly who, what, where, when, and why. Phantom has pre-built reports and data analysis tools to take the leg work – and guess work – out of your production.

Just as your process flow can change by part, model, or design revision, so can PhantomTrac. Each Work Cell can be assigned a specific process flow to change with your demands. Work Cells can have dedicated consumption points or be set to pull from a group of Work Cells. Inventory and local staging areas can also be configured to have Work Cells or other Inventory from individual locations or groups, which allows for a highly flexible system where process flows are intertwined or entirely independent.
